Yes. Every MARO experience is exclusively reserved for your group. You will never share the boat with other guests.

A maximum of eight guests can join each trip, regardless of whether they are adults or children.

Your private boat, captain and crew, fuel, safety equipment, snorkeling gear, water, soft drinks, seasonal fruit and hotel transfers within Hurghada are included unless stated otherwise on the trip page.

Island, beach, environmental and protected-area entrance fees are not included unless specifically mentioned. Any applicable fees can normally be paid on the day of the trip.

The displayed base price includes up to two guests. From the third guest onwards, an additional charge of €8 per person applies.

Our trips depart from Aden Beach Pier, Intercontinental Area, Hurghada. Our staff will meet you at the beginning of the pier. The exact Google Maps location will be provided with your booking confirmation.

Transfers from El Gouna, Makadi Bay, Sahl Hasheesh and Soma Bay can be arranged for an additional charge.

We recommend bringing swimwear, a towel, suncream, sunglasses, a hat, a light cover-up and a personal identification card. A waterproof phone case may also be useful.

Basic swimming confidence is recommended for snorkeling activities. Life jackets are available, and guests should always follow the crew's instructions.

Yes. Children are welcome on all trips and must remain under adult supervision at all times. Please contact us before booking if you are travelling with very young children.

Yes. The boat is equipped with a toilet and a freshwater shower.

Yes. Masks, snorkels, fins and life jackets are included. You are also welcome to bring your own equipment.

Yes. Private trips are flexible, but the final route always depends on weather, sea conditions, visibility, local regulations and safety considerations.

No. Dolphins, turtles and other marine animals are wild, and sightings can never be guaranteed. Our crew always approaches wildlife responsibly and without disturbing it.

Please contact us in advance. We can also arrange optional drink, snack, celebration and catering packages.

Safety always comes first. The final decision on whether boats are permitted to operate is always made by the Egyptian Coast Guard, and MARO Red Sea must comply with this decision. Such decisions may be issued or changed shortly before departure. If the trip cannot operate, we will offer you an alternative date or a full refund.

Bookings made with MARO Red Sea are binding. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before departure are free of charge. For cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure, or in the event of a no-show, the full booking amount remains due. In exceptional circumstances, MARO Red Sea may offer rescheduling subject to availability. Full details are set out in our Cancellation Policy.

Please contact us immediately. Significant delays may shorten the trip, as later bookings and marina schedules must also be respected.

Yes. We can personalise your trip for birthdays, anniversaries, marriage proposals and other private occasions.
